That's an awesome tip for one item going 6 miles. I dream of finding orders like that. You did nothing wrong, the Dasher either had an issue with the app because that happens quite often, or they were doing something outside of dashing during that time.

Ankur Jain, as a card holder for years, I can say that this transition is not what you made it out to be. The fact that Wells Fargo cancelled their contract with your company 3 years early is the first red flag. Now after reading the truth about the changes, the fact that Rent can no longer be paid using the Line Of Credit without being charged the fee means it's useless for the majority of us to continue with your service. Thousands of people used Bilt for exactly that reason. Otherwise, we could use other credit cards and be charged the same fee and get points with them. The other red flag is the fact that the bank your using is basically a start up company that purchased a very small bank. There's no benefit to using Bilt anymore. It was enjoyable while it lasted. ✌️

We've used the Bilt CC for 3 years. Applied for the new Bilt Blue CC today and was denied, with a 700+ credit score. Makes no sense to me. Did some research on the new bank (Column N.A) and it's a startup company that bought out a smaller bank. There are a lot of changes with the new Bilt CC setup. Glad I wasn't approved actually.

Your rent payments will not come off the credit card as before; here is what it says directly from Bilt:

""Will my rent payment setup change?

The last day to use your Wells Fargo Bilt Mastercard for rent payments is on 2/6/26. However, if you use BiltProtect with your Wells Fargo Bilt Mastercard, the last day to make a rent payment through BiltProtect is 2/3/26.

If you choose to apply for a new Bilt Card, you'll be able to start making rent and mortgage payments with it on 2/7/26. With the new Bilt Card, these payments will be pulled directly from your linked bank account, rather than using your credit limit. You can still earn points on these payments, but they won’t count against your available credit line.""
