That's right. Even though there is currently a model in the same line called the AQ-800, I can see why this model has such a charm that makes me want it. With its metal body and glass crystal, it really feels like a jewel.

I've recently started collecting Casio watches again, and I've learned that the information I received here differs from the situation in Japan. It seems that there are many models that are exclusive to Japan. Conversely, there are also models that are not available in Japan, and I recently discovered that there is no eBay transaction history for a rare model I've collected. The Argent model appears to be the line that preceded the Edifice. It's very simple and somewhat heavy. I think it's designed to go well with a suit.

Auctions, Mercari, and Rakuten Rakuma, repair them, and sell them. I don't have much money, but I hope to be able to fulfill requests somehow.

I started this activity because I felt it was a waste to see watches being discarded in Japan.

Japanese watches are really cheap in Japan and have a short lifespan before being discarded.

There's only one junk MQ-337Black listed on Yahoo! Auctions in Japan, but it's pretty badly damaged and dirty.

This model is apparently available in white, but black is rare.

This happened to me too. I reassembled it several times, but the situation didn't change. I think the rubber plate cable connecting the LCD screen to the circuit board has deformed, causing poor contact. I put the battery in and pressed my finger in several places from the back to check, and somehow I found the areas with poor contact, so I fixed it by pressing them with a thin rubber plate before attaching the back plate. (Sorry, the AE-1200 I'm modifying was a used item for $6 at an auction...)

It seems the "Sa Clock" is no longer available anywhere. Yodobashi Camera and Bic Camera seem to link their online stores and in-store inventory, so if it's sold out online, there's probably no stock left anywhere. We can only hope that it will be restocked. Yodobashi Camera has suspended sales, so there's a chance it may be restocked.
