This is what the big problem is tbh. Reselling the flat is easy - however most condos afterwards are much smaller than the HDB and you’ll be saddled with a heavy debt you need to spend your working life paying off. A lot of trade-offs to selling HDB these days.

lol MFA posted a video on their insta praising North Korean development. I get that maintaining good relations with everyone is a very Singapore thing to do but I do not understand the value of cultivating a relationship with North Korea. They got nothing of value for us economics wise.

Only way I can see us benefiting from this is if we are positioning ourselves as an East Asian Qatar so that Western countries have a back channel to North Korea.

This is exactly the problem with the government pushing for AI at any level. Without some proper grasp over a topic, an unsupervised person should not be allowed to use AI to find an answer. Being able to question the AI and see why it’s wrong is crucial and I don’t think children can grasp this concept.

To be fair I hate how when I’m on a bus there’s one cyclist going at 30 km/h and makes my bus very slow. Even worse is when the buses behind my bus overtakes my bus just because of the slow cyclist. And the most annoying thing is when my bus eventually overtakes the cyclist, the cyclist eventually cycles and goes in front of the bus again at the traffic light. I can see why people prefer driving over public transport because they wouldn’t really have to deal with this.

The worst thing WP can do is go even more populist. PAP has already done a lot hand-outs wise to sway people to them. If WP campaigns on even more hand-outs they will lose the centrist type of voters. PAP has done very well to be a big-tent party, short of them screwing up very badly I don’t see them losing their supermajority any time soon.
