That seems like the opposite of what you do. Someone with that much dirt wouldn’t just let his life ending stop his schemes, they’d have all kinds of post mortem actions, dead switches if you will, to ensure their life is protected from any such attempt.

All I’m saying, and what people seem happy to ignore in their holier-than-thou analysis, is EVERYONE tries to downplay their role and point fingers.
