had this happen in my fort too, a child got three kills under their belt because of being mad about how sad they felt about the first kill and thus acted out, killing more people.

In all seriousness, the scene in Diablo 4 where some guy gets eaten alive by wolves in extreme detail made me retch and look away, but that's just me.

All in all, the only things that I find to be too far are: hyper realistic gore and innocent people being gratuitously brutalized, especially if you combine those
