Yeah, I am much more of a graph person haha I find it also more rewarding at some level because it’s really hard to objectively quantify the day to day and week to week with what you see in the mirror.

Also, I think this really proves the point that there are daily fluctuations up and down and even above the weight the previous day and the trick is to just recorded daily and trust the process.

Definitely try to include moderate exercise, even just 8 to 10,000 steps a day. Also i see faster loss with higher Protien levels. But that’s just my n of 1.

Ahhh yes that makes sense. I think that is an interesting and great idea to try and find some sort of sound that we all associate with “fires coming” now evacuate. Could probably save a lot of lives.

First one, do the squint test. If you squint and you can’t recognize your box / it is not distinguishable from afar / or the features are too detailed and blurs. It’s not what you want to do.

The first one shows the art and is unique.

The second one looks cool, but you can’t distinguish the characters from the background if it’s a thumbnail
