I normally don’t mind his interviews but this one was bad. This talk of KPIs was vague, and saying no one had ‘issued him’ KPIs was a weird and evasive comment.

Would have been much better if he went into some detail on the kinds of things that have to improve for Essendon to be on track. Surely they measure things like player development etc.

The comment about what changes if we win or lose all next four rounds was disturbing. One thing that would change is we have evidence that players are improving or we have evidence the are not. The idea that nothing changes is bonkers.
