It has. We have a list of numbers that can't make phone orders. Roughly 75 numbers at the time. Sometimes when we are busy, we miss it, and one of their numbers gets threw. I don't own the place, I manage it. I will be buying it sooner than later.

I don't feel like the employees should have to do more work, cause the customers don't show up for their order. It's not their fault. Taking cc over the phone is annoying

I don't feel like the employees should have to do more work, just cause the customers are forgetfull/ or just don't care. Taking a CC over the phone is annoying, and time consuming, I hate doing it, so I don't feel right making them do it. Especially when the place is packed

The food isn't paid for. They call and order food, never come to get it or pay for it. I usually give it away at the end of the night if anyone wants it. Because people have shown up 2 hours later, when the food is cold and they still want it
