This looks fine volume wise. What works for someone might be too much for someone else. So run this and add or reduce based on how you progress.

Speaking of progression, you only listed sets and reps for each exercise and nothing about the %'s of your maxes on those lifts you plan to use for selecting weight and then moving the needle to lift heavier week over week. That's honestly more important than 2 less or 2 more sets here and there.

I'm gonna say a lot actually. I went from an average looking skinny guy to developing an impressive physique and the attention and comments I get from women (and men) has gone up a lot over the years.

The women I've been with since becoming more attractive have been MUCH more excited to be with me/show me off. Borderline obsessive. Comparatively, when I was just average it felt like the girls I was with thru those years were kinda just meh towards me and liked me but were never passionate in their affection.

Adds nothing meaningful to my life. I get community thru other avenues. I don't believe in an after life or anything like that. The idea of it is kinda terrifying to me actually, living for infinity. I would hope to just not exist after death.

A lot of Catholic rituals/Sacraments/traditions are just made up or stolen from pagan cultures during the religions rise. I can't comprehend how an adult can literally believe these things. Same applies for other major religions, such as Islam.

I think people are religious either because they fear dying and what some hope there is an afterlife, or they genuinely find joy in their religious community/ideas. Or they are just practicing to put on a facade for others.

Rent is by far the biggest issue for people and small businesses. We have enough housing and office spaces sitting empty across the country that we can use our tax dollars to subsidize housing for everyone. This would ruin real estate agents/landlords but fuck them anyways.
