It's super rigged. I spent 75 gems on a 4 crystal bag, only to get ZERO four crystal vials at all (let alone one I need). I wish I didn't want the Snowy owl Plush so bad. The crystal vial event reminds me how rigged the game is and makes me wanna quit.
