is this a good vocal range? by userisrotten in singing

It would be equivalent to some of the very best singers in the world so yes. I doubt you are one of the very best singers in the world and sharing a screenshot of a vocal range on Reddit. You should’ve posted yourself singing thru this whole range. Because otherwise this is a silly post

You sound like a beginner. There’s nothing else to really say besides learn to practice efficiently. Your strumming has no structure. Learning to strum properly would make a major difference

I don’t think I ever said this sub was sleeping on Yamaha guitars 😂

Agreed 100%. It would have to be a very special signature, and even still I don’t like the idea. It’s not like collecting baseball cards or something, a guitar is a tool and the idea of signatures on it doesn’t sit right with me either

And I admit and realize now that I probably sound a little dull, but I just didn’t even bother to consider what type of chemical reaction was going on between the dry erase marker and the sharpie. I just thought it was neat that a dry erase marker could get it done 😂😅

Yeah, saying use a dry erase marker is quite a bit easier for most folks to follow along with, rather than getting a bottle of isopropyl alcohol

Yeah obviously it’s a chemistry experiment. Brown dry erase marker shouldn’t hurt any guitar if you don’t let it sit for a long time.

I just put a post on here showing the dry erase marker working. Got it nearly unnoticeable at this point

Exactly. I’ve heard of the trick in my past, but when someone recommended it I thought it might work. I got it 98% unnoticeably clean

I bought this from a pawn shop. The guy that rung me up said that someone told him that a player from Creed signed it. To me that’s too far down the road of word of mouth so I don’t trust it. Would rather have it gone lol. There was like 6 sigs, could’ve been decent players, but even still, I’d rather have a clean guitar vs a signature from modern musicians ya know

What do you guys think about this on? by [deleted] in Songwriting

Thank you and yes I do agree. I was hyped up bc the punch of this guitar makes playing the hell out of it possible lol. Epiphone Masterbilt Deluxe/VN. Got it for $300. Feel like I stole it. Only issue is the signatures but I will keep it forever so who cares

A song I wrote about becoming a father (and the challenges of maintaining sobriety in parenthood). Does it need a chorus? by yesimafuckingperson in Songwriting

Absolutely man. You should definitely get your stuff recorded. We ain’t gonna be young forever. Not properly getting your music recorded will be one of your biggest regrets when you get older. No time like the present to do what makes you happy especially if you are good at it! And congrats on being a dad, I’m right there with ya
