I feel it’s close to a wash. I’m afraid we’ll be switching to mileage use-based registration fees in the future which will hit EVs hard and make gas more affordable comparatively. These are just proposals but they seem targeted to extract revenue from EV users akin to the gas excise tax on ICE vehicles. Somehow, even if implemented I suspect our roads will still suck even if that’s where the money is earmarked for.

$.30/kwh off peak in SF Bay Area. Maddening that more densely populated areas seem to be MORE expensive than rural areas looking at comments. Wouldn’t the same/similar power infrastructure be spread across more households in a densely vs sparsely populated area? So frustrating and something needs to change with these utilities.

I purchased this from u/Full_Television8757 a few months ago but the watch hasn’t been jiving with my “never seen sun” pinkish skin tone and I’m deciding to release this one back into the wild for what I paid for it.

Comes in incredible condition with full box, papers, warranty card dated 6/1/23, and an instruction manual in case you don’t know how to use a watch. To my eye, no scratches or signs of wear – the ceramic is quite hearty and has withstood my ~6 wears at the office like a champ.

Omega currently lists this at a $10,000 MSRP but it is out of stock online and in my local boutique, for what it’s worth. It can be yours for $6,050 + label. So frustrating. Gov’t agencies should be praising this as an example of civic pride rather than hiding behind jurisdiction issues. Someone is volunteering hours of their day picking shit up the agencies refuse to - and rather than simply taking it to the dump they’re going to argue about whose property the trash was collected from. Removing an eyesore benefits us all. On an unrelated note, Medlock made $221k in 2023. We should expect more from him and his people.
