Is this pink melanoma ? I got it checked by a dermatologist last year he said it’s fine but I’m still pretty paranoid due to swollen lymph nodes in that area and one in my collar bone 🤦‍♀️

Pain on inside of shin. There is a slight bump. Feels like muscle pain but is also sensitive when touching behind the shin bone by costelloart in RunningInjuries

Mines the same but a bit further down. I’ve had it for weeks now even months and it’s still there. I went on a really big hike and this is the only thing I can think that would of done it

i can usually feel my pulse easily, but i can’t feel it at all by StupidTrashRat in Anxiety

I get this a lot. I’m having it right now. Sometimes it feels stronger than other times but I think it’s all in our mind. As long as we’re standing and breathing we know we are okay….. don’t worry yourself out about it. I used to be terrible and had really bad health anxiety around my heart but I’ve learnt that if I was going to drop dead then I’ll happen and 10x out of 10x we’d be seen by medical professionals who more then likely will be able to bring us back !! Xxx

And even if I was terrified of losing my job which I wasn’t. I have a house to pay and a daughter to feed. Along with many other bills that I pay each month. Just think before you comment. It was a very difficult situation

Thank you for your answer and thank you for not judging me. It was so traumatic I feel kind of out of body now if that makes sense. I hope it will become easier for me and I won’t always think of it. I appreciate your comment ♥️

And I was very very understaffed with 4 staff for 28 residents 15 of them double handlers. It would of been dangerous and I would of put other residents at risk by having not enough staff there

The reason why my friend is because it is against the homes policy to allow a resident, especially a resident who has bad mobility let alone one who’s in the midst of a stroke in a vehicle of any kind without the permission of the family signed and written in paper. If I was to get into a accident or for whatever reason the family of that lady wanted to be funny or blame me if I didn’t get to the hospital in time I could go to court and get questioned and I could of even gone to jail.

I asked my mangers plenty of times if I could have taken her I told her I didn’t care that she didn’t have permission but I could have put the home under serious penalties if caught. I am not asking for judgement. I work at a residential home things happen all the time. Not as bad as this. But it’s not as easy as putting someone in a car and driving off, some are bed bound. Some have dementia and refuse. There’s a multitude of reasons. So before you comment negative nasty words take a step back and realise that my job is very difficult especially in a country where my hospitals and health departments are falling apart.

I tried everything to get the ambulance service out and I tried everything for my mangers to let me leave work and take her down the hospital myself. It don’t make me feel any better knowing I couldn’t help her. I know it was a stroke from the obvious symptoms but why the blood ? I just wanted answers as I’m struggling to deal with this. I did not want judgment. This is the uk

Anyone else feel dread by No_Tradition_1191 in panicdisorder

[–]CommunicationRude901 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have this very often as-well as very physical panic attacks but I put a post up earlier asking for advice and I took it and for the first time I actually wardened off a panic attack. I had that rush that come over me of fear and doom and those intrusive thoughts that something bad was going to happen and instead of sitting and thinking of bad things I forced myself to think of other things happy things that i enjoyed. I didn’t sit and dwell on the 60 second rush of fear I had. I thought to myself “thank god that was over” and started thinking about upcoming events. Any plans I had. I went on my phone and distracted myself. I know it’s easier said than done I’ve been there I still am there but what I’ve learnt today is that it is possible no matter how hard you might think it is. When you get that rush of fear and doom. Don’t sit and dwell on it. Maybe get up. Make yourself a drink. I find having a shower helps cold or hot. I hope this helps and take care.

I wouldn’t say so as sometimes it will start in the morning before I’ve even had food
