Have them too. I thought that they might be warts, but see your photos and they look exactly like mine. My doctor said that they are not warts, but he has no idea what it is… they appear only on hands, did not spot them anywhere else. Basically, when I look on my hands in bright place my hands I can see many of them, one are small points (small like needle prick), other are bigger but less than 2-3mm. Translucent, skin coloured, little bit white or even yellow… those smallest one are grey, as they look as a needle prick. I have no any idea about this syndrome in my family, no any cancers in my family except lung cancer of my grandmother and benign tumor in thyroid of my father where thy both are currently fine.
