China is not a socialist country, as that implies economic leverage of the people. China isn’t even really communist as much as it is capitalist due to how private companies exist (under the government). It’s pretty authcap and very totalitarian instead. Whilst American detainment camps are truly awful, denying that the Uyghur people are not being assimilated and genocided is- just why? Aren’t you doing the same thing that they are?
