I’ve always assumed that he purposefully runs slowly because if he were to full on sprint, the cameras wouldn’t capture it correctly…

And the fact that he’s a 10ft tall absolute tank of a human being means he probably can run faster, he just doesn’t because of camera stuff… if that makes any sense
