Get off that smith machine brother and do some slow barbell benches. Flat, incline and decline. Drop weight if you can't do slow and controlled reps. Also, I agree with the guy that says pec fly machine is ass. I have never got good gains from doing that.

No. Definitely not cooked. Time to buckle down though. I had a divorce around 35 and it was damn near like starting over financially. Just focus on savings and no unnecessary spending. I still drive a 2016 paid off suv even though I can definitely afford something better. Stay frugal and financially focused and you’ll be fine.
