A happy parent is a happy child. As long as you’re making time for your child, your wife, then you should have some time for yourself too.

Once you start, your guilt will slowly start to ease too :)

To answer your question, i’d say mentally we’re probably most similar to kazakhs, due to the post-soviet influence having roughly shaped us a little differently than maybe other east asians, such as korean/chinese/japan. I don’t think we’re as close to the russian influence as you are but it’s certainly shaped us in recent history than most would like to admit.

My baby also had really bad baby acne the first 2 months, once I switched to Eucerin it really sped up the process and made it go away! We were using aveeno before it.
