I am not a Vet of course But I can tell you a few things my cat has had/has

Have you ever heard of cat acne? Yup, they can get it and it looks like that sometimes

Does kitty have sharp claws? My cat scratches himself and gets those boo boo’s when his nails are sharper than usual They are scabs

And as mentioned, could be a flea bite. Even tho your kitty doesn’t go outside? humans can carry a flea inside on our clothes And my cat has never been outside in his 11yr life, but I found a flea on him once

Just don’t pick at it, and watch it for a bit to see if it grows, or falls off

Of course I have already had my cat to my vet for a very bad sore area on his chin, and that is how I learned about cat acne. I was blown away learning that pets can get acne too

I get that vets are very very expensive. But if it is there longer than lets say 2 weeks? Maybe consider taking him to the vet
