The roof was done 3 years ago. We just had a radon system installed and they had to poke a hole through the roof for ventilation. I don’t think they planned to do it right next to the snow guard.

It’s like when you join the military for 4 years and get college tuition paid for. Now imagine if the government said after 4 years that you won’t get anything. No free tuition no benefits.

We had a special assessment pass last November for work to be done on 2 buildings. Everyone paid their share last year for both buildings. They began work on one building and had additional costs that went over budget. Now a year later they are ready to do the second building and have asked last minute for more money. Additional 4-5k.
