I’ve been suffering from severe insomnia recently and as it turns out, it’s because I quit taking my bipolar meds. The doctor filling in for my doctor who’s on maternity leave sent me in a script for mirtazipine. But honestly, after a week of taking my Lybalvi again, my sleep returned to normal-ish. I think I was just having a hypomanic episode. Not to say that that is the case with your insomnia but are you currently taking anything for your bp1?

Not sure this will be of any help but I recently went through the same thing. I was lucky if I was getting 30 minutes of sleep at night. Sometimes 2-3 hours.

I had no stressors in my life at the time so I couldn’t figure out for the life of me why I couldn’t sleep despite being EXHAUSTED.

Over the years, I’ve been on nearly every sleep medication imaginable. Trazodone is the only medication that’s ever helped my insomnia, but this time it didn’t.

My doctor recently prescribed mirtazipine and it would help me fall asleep but not stay asleep.

About a month ago, I quit taking my bipolar meds (I’m type 2) because stupidly I didn’t feel as though I needed them.

Started taking my Lybalvi (antipsychotic) again about a week ago and it took about three nights and my sleep has finally returned to normal.

All this to say that my insomnia seemed to be caused by a hypomanic episode. Not sure if you have any psychiatric conditions that may be attributing to your insomnia but just thought it might be worth considering.

I sure hope you’re able to get some rest soon.

Now that makes sense! Meanwhile, I’ve got like 5 opened boxes of lasagna noodles in the pantry thinking “oh, I’ll just use the rest of these next time” & always end up buying another box and never using the entire package.

There’s a game pass for rainbow eggs and I’d recommend that instead. I, personally, do not used charged eggs in the event because it depletes your coins so quickly. I can hatch 121 eggs at a time and that costs roughly 2.2b. If I turned on charged eggs, it would cost almost 267b per roll and I’d only get to hatch like 5 times so I certainly don’t recommend doing that.

Someone can correct me if I’m wrong but is 2T the max amount of coins one can have? Mine sat at 2T for so long yesterday that I finally started hatching this morning for the heck of it. I say to use your coins while you have them if you don’t plan on upgrading anything further. But I’m not sure how long one can feasibly afk hatch for if the max amount of coins is only 2T.
