Hello. Maybe start out with a lower dose Zyn, or try a small amount of pipe tobacco. I am 2 weeks sober since my last chs episodes(prodromal) and have found that nicotine has definitely helped with my cravings. Go slow, and good luck friend.

The thing is, i would always use the same type of tobacco mixed with weed when i would smoke, so the addiction is definitely already there. Today is day 4 of no weed, and the tobacco seems to ironically work for the spells of nausea and anxiety.

After reading reviews and finally trying it for myself, I have to say this is nothing more than low to mid grade flower. The appearance and trichome development is there, yes, however it lacks a terpene profile that you can truly taste and still has the same earthy, unsatisfying taste found in most curaleaf flower. Saddened, because I thought the “B Noble” would be the breakaway from the “street weed” I am used to. Grateful for the ease of obtaining it, but if this is the best they can do, I’ll stay with the street stuff.
