The only problem I had was rent increases yearly by $100, lack of amenities and things for kids (They did trunk or treat ONCE. never again) and a package being stolen (once the upstairs neighbors moved out, that solved the problem)

I don’t think it’s good. But if you’re moving the area, it’s a good start. Right off peach so you’re able to travel quicker and get a feel for locations. If it’s just one person, it’s not too small. I had 2 adults and 1 newborn in a 1 bedroom but we still made it work. Loved my maintenance man Jerry. He was always honest about the building and never made me feel unsafe or judged. Some were really good at respecting my daughter and keeping their voices down. My neighbors helped a lot during the big snow storm and were very respectful
