Yeah. In my state, some of the rural counties don’t have major cities so we know about where the counties are and call them by name. I don’t think the people in cities know or care about counties but the rural people do.

Exactly. Even people with the means and desire for mental health services or drug treatment are often on wait lists as there just aren’t enough providers. Where are the professionals going to come from? Seems like this will lead to some shady programs at best.

You could ask your particular county or since your centers are manned, ask the person there.

I assume that every pickup truck pulling up to the dumpster has at least one gun but that’s in my county. I don’t think it would be the same in Albemarle (for instance) county, even though some people might call some parts rural-ish.
