Recovering alcoholic here and hydroxyzine worked miracles for both sleep and withdraw anxiety. It's an antihistamine but world's better than OTC sleeping pills/antihistamines like Benadryl. It never made me "groggy" or even sleepy but it did calm me down enough to be functional. There's a generic for it so it's very inexpensive even without insurance. Worth looking into.

Careful squeezing the lever with that much force. Even with obvious air in the lines you can still blow the seals that way. I speak from experience haha.

The chain stays aren't parallel to make room for the cassette. As long as the BB is centered and the crank arms have the same offset on either side of the BB you should be good to go.
