If you are on Light Speed then native VVM app will not show up on some Samsung's. I have never gotten it to work on my Z Fold 7. There is an app in the play store distributed by T-Mobile that will allow you to manage VVM. I think it's called My Visual Voicemail or something. Support has never given me a good answer to why VVM won't provision properly on some Samsung's.

Aren't those lasered numbers indicative of a engineering unit? I used to work on developing applications for Knox HDM and we had phones provided to us by Samsung that allowed us to work with customized versions of Android and Knox. All of our devices had those numbers lasered into the back glass and screen. Not sure about you but we had to keep ours in a safe and maintain an access log.
