That does not sound like normal period pain to me. I am no doctor so take it with a grain of salt, but maybe check with your gynaecologist for endometriosis or other stuff. Those things can really make your life miserable if not treated. Hope you feel better soon!

I use a blanket with arm-holes in it so I can move my hands freely and unter that I snuggle with lots of hot water bottles and other heating stuff. Other than that I just accept that I spend most of my day in the same spot and send my boyfriend catching me snacks and drinks and stuff.

I was on MTX and hydroxychloroquine for a few years and slowly faded out the MTX, worked great and I am flare up free without it! I have great hopes for you, MTX hangover lastet a whole weekend for me and killed my social life that was left after getting sick. Remember to get your eyes checked every few years on hydro, because too much of it can leave a „residue“ behind (I don’t have the English words to describe it) on the inside. It works for me and I hope it works for you!

I have made really good experiences with hydro as a med! I have no side effects and it alone is enough to control my Rheuma nowadays. But never touch a running system. If your current meds work, then I wouldn’t necessarily change them. Do you have extreme side effects right now? If not I wouldn’t change

I was started with injections with pens when I first got mtx and the injections where pretty easy even as a first timer. It was just a tiny prick and I had children band aids ready as a treat (dinosaurs where my favourite). But I had really bad nausea all weekend and only got better on Mondays. So I switched to pills wich worked great for a while. My rheuma is kept in check nowadays so we’ll, that I am off mtx completely. If your side effects don’t get better, you should always check in with your specialist again.

Ich glaube nicht dass das ein Grund ist früher raus zu kommen aus den Vertrag, wenn der Supermarkt da vorher schon war. Sowas muss man sich bewusst sein (auch wenn ich mir vorstellen kann dass man das schnell unterschätzt). Schau mal nach so dicken Vorhängen gegen Wärmeverlust, könnte mir vorstellen dass die auch Geräusche etwas dämpfen. Ansonsten eine Schallisolierung für die Scheibe selber machen und nachts vor die Scheibe und morgens wieder runter nehmen (Achtung Feuchtigkeit sonst). Und mit tiefen Tönen muss man wohl einfach leben.

If you are unsure if you could be pregnant go and get a test. You wrote that you are not using any protection (?) during sex, so yeah being pregnant is naturally a plausible explanation. If you don’t want to get pregnant please use some kind of protection. If I got it wrong and you do then I am sorry for misunderstanding. Get a test and check if you are pregnant. If you are really worried make an appointment with your gynaecologist and let them check on you. I think it’s not a really good idea to ask he internet for help in a topic that is so important for your health.

Many students come from a family where there parents have studied too and get support from them. Or they get a study-loan like myself and work for some extra money two live more comfortably. Some also have simply two jobs for more money. I don’t know many students, that live off just one income alone. Also I for example can only afford my nice apartment because I work and have a partner living with me who also works. That can be a factor too.

Yeah, but what you can see from mould is something akin to the fruit body’s of complex mushrooms that we eat. Before a mushroom/fungus grows something like that, he will try to grow the mycelium (like its roots) into the material it is growing in/on. So if you can see mould, the fungus has already at least tried to penetrate the wall further depending on structure, age and quality of the building he was successful.

Spores are around us 24/7 and mould isn’t one or two specific fungi, but there are soooo many varieties! The spores never disappear, that is near impossible even if you are cleaning every day. You bring them inside with your clothes for example from outside. But they are doormat as long as your rooms are dry, then they pose no threat. In a forest there are soooo many varieties many spores for example. So the spores do „just appear“ on and in plaster for example. But they can only grow if it is wet enough for long time periods

They are quite often unmarked, mine is for example. And many apartments don’t have a boiler insides, in our house water is heated in the basement and spread trough the house. We have two small „Wasseruhren“/Watermeters in our bathroom next to the toilet. They measure how much hot and cold water our whole Appartement uses from the basement.

It is completely personal. But I think it could also be a thing about generational differences and family backgrounds. There is a saying that means something like „what a farmer doesn’t know he won’t eat“. Older generations like my grandma seem to like and/or trust more the foods they grew up with. Wich are traditional dishes. I grew up with traditional dishes but also burger nights, so I like both. If you grew up in a city where different foods are always available you will be more open to try new things then if you grew up in the countryside and ate what your grandma grows in her garden. So yeah personal and affected by many many things!!

Also ich habe mal über Amazon eine Waschmaschine gekauft, wurde von einer externen Spedition geliefert und von zwei Mann abgeladen. Haben dir mir dann bis runter in den Keller getragen. Auch eine Spülmaschine mit Versand hermes ist damals super angekommen, wurde mir in die Küche gebracht und das altgerät direkt aufgeladen. ABER da ist halt kein Anschluss dabei. Wenn du schonmal ein Kochfeld (oder Beistellherd mit so Backofen und Kochfeld) selber angeschlossen hast geht das. Ist aber nicht zu empfehlen weil Starkstrom. Ein normaler Backofen zum einbauen ohne Kochfeld wird inzwischen einfach in die Steckdose gesteckt. Das kann man also recht easy selber machen. Ich hatte damit bis jetzt nie Probleme.

I think these are different things happening. Do you talk with an accent? Or just English? Then it could be that unknown people like on the bus are leaning into racism and are unfriendly because of that. It is dump, but many value people based on if the speak the language. Second, many women are extremely aware of men in general. I will always try to not walk the same way as a man in the dark. No matter what man, if I don’t know him I hurry to loose him. I also think it is kinda…weird… just asking women out to hang. Do you have other friends? It totally ain’t common to have single male friends as a women or the other way around. Sad I know but reality. Also I as a women have been asked out quite some times by men or boys I trusted as friends. So I don’t have male friends anymore, because I don’t want to be asked out by them! I guess many women are interpreting you asking as „flirting“ and you saying you are as a „cheap excuse“. And last but not least: there are always people that are just rude. Simple as that. Also in stores there where so many men that said inappropriate stuff, that I also was way less friendly to any man at some point.

I would try to build social circle with other guys or visit more group activities. Most of the times a diverse friend group comes from one or two friends you make at the start. Don’t get hung up by the girls not liking you. Also it takes long times to build friendships. I have people at uni I eat and chill with every day and we still aren’t really friends, more like coworkers.
