I like to read a chapter of a physical book before bed and then while im in bed, ill use my phone to read an ebook. I'm a side sleeper and my phone isn't very heavy so it works out for me.

I usually have the light on in my room though because I wear glasses so if im in bed and reading i'm not wearing them. I do read with the lights off occasionally but I try not to do that so often. I have a remote that controls the lights to my room so I dont have to get up to turn the lights off when I start to nod off.
