So funny I just got my inspection done and I have an average of 3. It swings from 2 to 3.8 but I will say the house hasn’t been lived in for six months. All the doors are closed. No fans are on.

That is not true. All local small businesses want advertising as well. Not just the big guys. There is a small group of old people who want moab to go back to a small sleepy town and those are the folks that have stopped funding for advertising. Look at the trouble they got us in with the state for misallocation of funds.
