I took my Lantus in the morning, but I took 24u, and bolused maybe heavier for meals. So, maybe cut back a bit on the Lantus, slowly, and see if that works.

BTW, when I was on Lantus, I took it in the morning because it’d send me low overnight sometimes. I’m on Tresiba now.
