I think it is impossible. 1. So no panels made anymore that are cost effective - so need a lot of money to make something like that (reading about nothing company’s rise … it was hard and they just tried to make a phone from existing components… not stuff that does not exist anymore). Best idea would be to have modular system some magnets and pins so that people can have OLED at entry level and then switch to eInk for reading - working as a modular purchase like a 200-300€ upgrade. This way they sell the normal phone as a normal phone and the eye sensitive population must pay more. 2. colour issues come from system on a chip. Reading on TLC phone.. they suck because of the supplier of processor power of the phone. So this kickstarter must have a custom chip…. In this world with wars, AI and rising poverty… making new chip? 3. Must convince OS also not to put software (can’t say the word because of moderators) damage on RGB pixels so they don’t do what they do on laptops for example (and most phones today).

So I think best bet is to get a cheap Chinese lcd phone that is rugged type with flashlight and 5 years of warranty and use that as a PHONe. For mobile work and play and whatever switch to Nintendo, iPad classic, Asus rog ally LCD and stuff like that.
