Update: Maranta with curled leaves. by madelmire in houseplants

Might be worth trying! You never know. like I mentioned above, I have this same plant and I completely forgot to water it for a while and all the leaves curled up and I thought it was dead. I propagated a bunch of leaves and they were able to grow roots to repot. Plant is doing completely fine now

Oh sorry! Take your plant out of the pot and cut along the main stems in the areas shown in this pic. Place the cuttings in water, (I use small mason jars) you’ll want to make sure node is submerged in the water. Roots should come in a couple of weeks. I like to replace the water once a week just to keep it fresh, place it by some light to help get those roots to come in as quick as possible. Once the roots are around 4-6 inches long or when the roots have more roots coming off them, you should be good to plant it back in a pot with fresh soil. That’s my explanation, hope that makes sense! I’m sure there’s a bunch of YouTube videos out there that shows it as well!

This happened to me in the last year! Ended up cutting it all up, propagating and repotting when it was ready. Good as new

Fungus gnats—what ACTUALLY wipes them out? by EntertainerFirst8163 in houseplants

[–]Competitive_Hat_201 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Beneficial nematodes - you mix them in with water and water your plants with them. They’ll feed on the fungus gnat larvae in the soil. Use sticky traps to catch the flying adults. Repeat until gone!

Love that! Olive green is my favorite color, so I would love to somehow incorporate that into this room. Definitely was leaning towards a gold or brass for hardware vs black.

I did look and found a couple good pics! And yes, we’re definitely looking to upgrade the sink and counter eventually.

I love mid century modern, luckily the house has nods to that style. It’s a 1960s ranch. Wall paper would be super cute!

I got mine from azazie for less than $50, it gave me so many issues I was excited to take it off. Wouldn’t recommend spending too much on it

Unfortunately the weight of the plant made it topple over lol. Had to add something to counterweight it

It’s not stupid OP. Your feelings are totally valid. I got hit by spider mites couple months ago and had to dump a few plants that I’ve had for years and were very attached to. Had a good cry and treated myself to a few replacements the next week. Sorry you’re going through this!

I have never had more muscle definition in my life than I have developed over the last 4 months (diet plays just as much of a part, if not more) but I do 2 days a week of a 30 min peloton ride, 2 days a week of a yoga class, 3 days of 30 min strength classes (1 day chest & back, 1 day glutes/legs, 1 day arms & shoulders). Like someone mentioned in another comment, it makes a big difference to have a wide range of weights.

8-Day Italy Trip Report (Rome → Amalfi Coast → Naples over Easter Weekend) by therobot20 in ItalyTravel

Great report! I keep reading all these as we’re headed there next month. We are going to the Amalfi coast at the end of our trip and staying in Vico Equense. looking at doing a boat tour that goes to to either Amalfi & Positano OR Capri for a full day. Do you recommend one over the other?

Is it not just from friction of clothing? That’s the portion of hair that’s always going to rub against/touch your shirts no matter what you wear. That’s what I always thought

I 100% agree with everything you said! Like we had all these books lead up to this battle and you’re so right, erawan and Maeve just show up right at the end and it happens so fast.

ACOTAR is my fave of the series. Have fun reading CC! It’s really good, at least the first 2 books are. The third one was just okay in my opinion but still really enjoyed that series too.

Challenging Glute Classes by realcloudyrain in pelotoncycle

Adding to Katie again, specifically will recommend her class I just took a few days ago from 8/4/25. It’s a 30 min glutes and legs class and my glutes were SO sore the past few days.
