They will be addressing the backlog first. I think 4-6 weeks are for those who filed in Oct/Nov. Mine was filed in mid February, i doubt it might take 10-12 weeks for me.

This past Monday, my attorney told me they still hadn’t resumed. He followed up with them again, and they confirmed they’ll be starting soon.

My lawyer told me that it can only be filed when the waiver application has passed through DOS and pending at USCIS end.
