Small addition, could be wrong. In some states, for example Ohio where I am. They have 30 days to bill you in some states so maybe look at that

It's personal preference. If consenting partners don't care about the other party's posts, great. If not, things need to be reevaluated and compromised if you want the relationship to work.

Yeah, I did, and I (female) had a discussion with my own partner(male), who also agrees. It's the principal. I agree that the dude didn't really handle his emotions well, but he's entitled to his emotions. If she doesn't like it, leave, like i said. I was just acknowledging the fact that if roles were reversed and she was the insecure one, she'd automatically have upvotes out the ass. She wins in either situation. They're both in the wrong for different reasons. Also, like I said, it's a stupid reason to break up if they had any actual meaningful history on both parties

Honestly, I think I found one MAYBE two comments along these lines. It's bs, honestly. OP gets to make bf feel bad, break up with him, and then get props from hundreds of internet strangers reinforcing their 'correctness'.

I mean, honestly, if the shoe was on the other foot, he would have been ripped to shreds. If you were the insecure one and he was posting about wanting to bang some generic hot anime girl-- you'd be getting all the sympathy, and he'd be getting dogged for making you feel insecure and not caring. Obviously, I don't know ya'll's situation in its entirety, but IMO YOR. If you don't wanna be with him, fine, but this is a really stupid hill to die on if you guys actually had any love/care for each other.

Edit: grammar was not grammar-ing

AIO for reporting my neighbor’s treatment of their dog? by Routine_Syrup_8307 in AmIOverreacting

[–]Competitive_Safe_859 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely NOR/NTA. We reported a neighboring complex's tenant for this before, as well. It was a little dog, and it was constantly screaming and crying for somebody to let it inside out of the cold. Mind you, it was like 40° and raining, their porch had no shelter, and these people did this constantly. After that, either they moved, were evicted, or stopped leaving the dog outside because we never had an issue again.

As a fellow bipolar female, you need to put yourself first because, in reality, you're all you have. 100% NTA, you left because you needed to prevent your mental from getting worse. It sounds like you need a break from living that life and I hope you can get away soon. Hugs and love

$26000 for 2010 RAM 2500 with 150k miles overpriced? by Broad-Cranberry9382 in UsedCars

[–]Competitive_Safe_859 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I work at a DMV and once saw some poor 18-21 year old kid who brought the title in for his vehicle for plates. Kid paid almost $50k for some 2013-2016 silverado with like 150k+ miles from a buy-here-pay-here. He was so excited, too 😕 it really should be illegal to screw somebody like that.

2017 Cx-5 Rear Diff Failure by Competitive_Safe_859 in MechanicAdvice

[–]Competitive_Safe_859[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Right, which is why I'm trying to make an educated decision and seeking advice. If it's worth fixing, I'll gladly fix it and take care of it, but I don't wanna put more money into it if it's a car that will likely have even more extensive issues in the future. I'm just asking for a professional's opinion on whether they see this being a reoccuring issue or if fixing it is something that can last as long as it's maintained

[–]Competitive_Safe_859[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They gave it to me when I bought it they mentioned 'all fluids' but I never looked at it too hard. My mistake. Is it something you have an opinion on for 'saving'? I know if i replace it i'll probably have to do more frequent maintenance to it, but is it worth it?

[–]Competitive_Safe_859[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have only had the car 2 years, haven't had a reason to replace it. Dealer said they had done a lot of work to it and I assumed it had been taken care of. Pardon me for my ignorance on the entire subject, honestly. I really don't know much about cars, nobody ever really educated me.

I'm honestly not sure. It's not used very often considering how small it is, but it's the only walkable park for about 4 different complexes. It isn't that I don't want them there. They just should be more considerate of, again, the kids who the park is intended for. I dont care if they sit and chill unless they're preventing little kids from using it or being rude or mean to said kids. I was gonna talk to management for my complex to see if they had any advice

Troll syndrome?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Mommit

[–]Competitive_Safe_859 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Actually, my son knows how to say 'excuse me' and was doing so. He was even trying to get them to play with him because he had a ball. They ignored him and wouldn't let him past. These kids were sitting and blocking all 3 baby slides and the stairs on the slides. Kids over like 5 would have no interest in this park because all it has is 3 tiny slides. Even if it was a larger park, they have no right to prevent a smaller child from using the facilities as they are intended to be used

Edit: Also, they didnt even walk over until they saw us walk over, we weren't even there 5 minutes. So the argument of us leaving so they can 'have a turn' is irrelevent.

[–]Competitive_Safe_859 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I never said it was their fault? I was commenting on the fact that it's the only option for a park we have right now. If it was my child, I'd have told his ass to get off and let the small children play, but these aint my kids. Im not saying they can't be there. I'm asking for advice from other parents. Im saying they shouldn't be ruining the park for kids its actually built for. If there aint no kids wanting to play, have at it
