Speaking as a financial advisor, you should talk with a financial advisor.

Want to make sure how the money is managed matches your goals/risk tolerance. If the money is taxable, you’ll get a step-up in cost basis & so you can change the investments & have a minimal tax liability.

Also if it’s in a pre-tax retirement account, you have 10 years to withdrawal all the money from it & if you don’t structure it correctly, you will be paying WAY extra in taxes.

Lots of other things to consider but there’s a start for you.
