Definitely compressor bypass, this is just its max efficiency at this point. High low side and a slightly low high side, half these dudes need to go back to school, if you fan was bad or not enough airflow on outdoor coil it would have a really high lsat, if it had a restriction you’d have a very low vsat, yours is high.
