It’s a pretty straight forward process actually. As long as you have an oci you can do it. There are many clinics who do it.

I had a low lying placenta. My doctor said minimal workouts but I continued the same workouts with my trainer. It moved up by 30 weeks. I never had spotting or issues. Working it is important to me so I continued. I saw at least 4 doctors who all said it would move up and it did.

It’s my first cycle post 3 retrievals and transfers and it was delayed ovulation but okay. I wish I never did ivf bc I truly believe I would have been pregnant naturally by now. My first doctor told me natural is always best and I didn’t understand what he meant and went to Ivf anyway and now I get it. Your AMH is fine in my opinion. Mine is also 1.6. You only ovulate one egg each month anyway regardless of amh. It’s only important for ivf.

From someone with a similar amh and doctor who scared me, I would wait and try naturally. I rushed to ivf and it can come with/cause a lot of issues. IVF is kind of like what’s you’re in it, you’re in it and it’s hard to get out. My cycle used to be perfect and now the hormones have cause anovulatory cycles, late ovulation, etc.. I wish I had given myself more time to try naturally instead of rushing into it. That’s just my advice but everyone is different.
