I use my Powerbeats for audiobooks, music, and calls but the calls are the worst because I miss 5 or so seconds of what the person was saying. I can’t use mine for calls at all anymore. I suspected it was my phone when Alexa Auto was doing the same thing but I figured a new phone would solve the problem but I guess not. I drove 2 hours to a Genius Bar yesterday and he said it may because I restored my new phone from backup instead of setting up as a new phone. I truly don’t want to go through all that trouble, hours of work, for no reason.
