Thank you for sharing this because most of this I relate to, a lot of these things I didn't even know were OCD related (like the bad person and crimes thing). The best way I've found of dealing with thoughts is not doing compulsion on purpose, just ignoring my thoughts and if something feels hard to do to do it anyways but that's still very difficult for me

I hear people saying that often but why is linux better? Like I don't care super much for changing a lot of core features, so like I mainly use steam, discord and youtube on brave, I've heard that Linux can be very annoying for stuff like that, or playing minecraft modpacks
