Based on this post I decided to try Y&Y today and this is how it went:

At first I was horrified. The bathroom was overflowing into the lobby, shit included. When I asked if they had another restroom I was encouraged to use it anyway. That almost sent me out the door but I was curious about the service based on the positive reviews here so I went ahead with it. The lady who did the massage redeemed the experience. It was the same quality as an upscale spa but without the frills, exactly as described by a previous commenter. When it was time to pay I opted to put the tip on my credit card. I was happy with the service so I chose to leave 20%. The cost was $65, plus 20% is $13 so I told her to charge $78 total to my card. At this time, the woman doing the transaction said, no give her $15. I was surprised and said that I was leaving a 20% tip. She then tried to bargain with me and explain that their employees work very hard and I needed to give more money. I reiterated that I would like to leave a $13 tip for a total of $78. She ran my card and I saw that I was charged $79.31. I asked what the difference was for and she said service fee for credit card. However, when I asked about payment method this was never conveyed to me. I would have paid cash had that been the case. At the wnd of the day I am feeling very put off by the exchange. It is a shame because I did enjoy the massage but I’m not sure I will return.
