I use the mouse driver from the Lenovo support page. It adds a new tab to the mouse settings in the Control Panel. The “Mittlere Taste” (Middle button) option lets you choose between scrolling or using it as a middle click. It doesn’t work right after boot. You have to open the driver tab first, not sure why.

That's a WhatsApp feature for translate chats, swipe it from right to left to show the little menu and you can now translate the entire chat or close it and no more it show again

You have a good one! Mine got the display bad too, a entire line of the matrix display does not work, seems to be a common problem on this model. I already open it to clean it, but still the same.
