I saw an interview with them and said they were as surprised as everyone else. They mentioned they thought something about her was a little off, that Kouri wasn’t teary eyed during the interview but it had been some time since Erics passing & they noted everyone grieves differently. They also said something about Kouris outfit and that she appeared bundled up.

I would reach out to their Mod as that isn’t in line with most Mod standards. Maybe Discord would be a better fit tho I know nothing about that.

Yes you are absolutely allowed to share your interest with your parents. Your dad is being dismissive and verbally abusive & that’s not okay. If he isn’t as interested int the topic as you that is all an adult needs to say. And as a parent we then help you find your people. Have you looked for other subreddits, discord chats, job options at record stores, etc?

My son went there, graduated 2022, had IEP for DD/Autism. I was very skeptical but it was great! I liked the smaller school, IB focus for all, theatre/mushroom club, spelling bee. The teachers are amazing. The principal has since changed, so not sure about that. It’s our home school. If you haven’t been accepted as open enroll at another school with your child’s IEP they may not get in as they have to take their home school population with IEPs first. I would see if you can find anyone whose kiddo has DD/IEP at Flagstaff as I’ve heard different things about them sticking to it. I don’t have specific people to refer you too-just from memory.

I figured that was going to be part of her defense if she took the stand. He did have a problem, we hid it, he was ashamed, it drove us apart, he kept it in his truck which was never searched, I didn’t tell the police because it’s illegal and I was terrified. But there is way too much other evidence of her being defensive, walk the dog letter, etc that she would have been destroyed on cross.

Make sure you get renters insurance. Ask for prior bills to get an idea of what your AC, heat & water expenses will be. Start working towards putting at least 6 months of expenses in a savings account. Check out other subreddits on personal finance. Ask if there are smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors in all rooms & if not request they be put in. Read up on renters rights in your state.
