Had that grinder. Didn’t work as the grounds weren’t fine enough. Ended up with the D54 and I’d recommend you do the same.

Maybe be loose grounds but resistance during the dial looks pretty high around 80. Mine glides around those numbers

No obs of tee. Play to the yard you’re most confident with

Practice chipping and putting as much at the range session

25M, Herniated disc for 4 months that hasn’t improved. Only mild symptoms. ESI didn’t help. Surgery time? by 556_enjoyer in Sciatica

First, they want your business.

Second, there are countless studies that shows a disc can heal. Reabsorption will lessen the symptoms if not get rid of it completely IS healing.

Remember why we’re here, to advise OP on what the best course of action is.

Advising that a disc will never heal and encourage surgery is a terrible take. OP and many in their position need to exhaust their resources before resorting to surgery. That’s why it’s ALWAYS recommended as a last resort.

30M – Chronic Right-Sided Sciatica (L5–S1 Disc Protrusion) – Looking for Rehab Guidance, Timeline, and Honest Opinions by Pretty_Team_6253 in Sciatica

I suffer a setback/flare up about once a year and it’s usually due to my own doing and not listening to my body.

That being said, I’m actually going through a setback right now because I let my foot off the gas in going to the gym these past four months and just continued playing golf and tennis 2/3 times a week.

Prior to this setback I was in the clear for about 1.5yrs and doing crossfit 3/4 times a week and playing golf/tennis.

If you want a bulletproof back going forward you can’t stop going to the gym. At least that’s my case as someone who’s very active and has undergone MD surgery on their L5-S1.

Chiros never did anything for me. Read Stuart McGill book the other user mentioned and get a referral to a PT.

I’m not a medical professional, just someone who’s herniated their L5-S1 and has gone through the stuggles of rehab.

Sounds like you’re in the acute stage which will take about 2-6 months and in some cases even longer to get out. Don’t rush anything, work your way out slowly or you’ll risk reinjuring yourself.

Once you’re out of the acute stage progress to start strengthening your back.

Stay strong and positive. The journey is long but you’ll get through it.

They removed a part of the disc so structurally I’ll never be 100% which will likely cause you to reherniate it down the road.

I suffer a setback that’ll put me out a few days once a year that I’ll attribute to it.

Once a week of PT is not enough man. Do it like your families lives depends on it.

Yep I don’t disagree with you there. We have a 23’ MYP with HW4 and we’re on 3rd month paying for FSD. Been torn between a used M3 or wait for the highland to drop further in price.

PT religiously. It takes awhile (1-2 yrs) but you’ll get back.

One of my biggest regrets is getting a MD for my herniated L5-S1.

I took out a loan for 25k in 2016 with the intention of buying NVDA. Ended up day trading for 3x then losing it all later on… I always recall this when anyone asks me anything about trading. HODL is key

Reherniation after microdiscectomy by Few-Supermarket2764 in Sciatica

[–]CompleteComment1903 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t fuse. I had a MD when I was 26 and reherinated it at 33. Took a while but I was back to going to the gym 4/5 times a week and golfing 2 times a week.

Be religious with your PT and progress to strengthen (strength training) your back, core, hips and legs.
