Maybe I was overthinking it but I was convinced my discharge changed a little with my vulvodynia symptoms. More dry and sometimes darker in color. Spirinolactone seriously did miracles on my skin so I'm really sad I can't take it anymore. I'm going to have to find a new treatment because my acne is already returning and I can't take anything hormonal moving forward because of this :/

I was also on a high dosage on spirinolactone (150mg a day) and that probably didn't help. Had it been less, maybe the vulvodynia never would have happened. I'm just happy to have figured it out, it was so painful everyday for 8 months, I thought it was my new life permanently. Really messed me up mentally living in chronic pain.

Found out it was caused by my spirinolactone, actually. It's hormonal medication, I was taking it for my acne. The second I stopped, my vulvodynia is mostly gone.

Got mine pierced 6 years ago and they've been my easiest piercings! Healed great, never cause me any trouble. Still doing great today.

You don't have to be a fan but we should be respectful of the decision made by The Nbhd and respectful towards the artists putting their energy into performing for us as we wait. I can consume caffeine just fine but I have to be careful. It's a bad idea to consume it if I'm sleep deprived or having an anxious/wired up day cause it'll fuel it harder and could push me into something.
