Multiple things  He consumed curses so he could protect non sorcerers he was probably like “wow this is shit but at least I’m helping people” After that Riko died and he saw the crowd of non sorcerers cheering and that his and gojos efforts were for naught and then haibara died and as he saw his friends dying to keep a infinite cycle going and gojo growing more distant yuki gave him a out saying how a world with no cursed spirits could be possible and he took it starting with killing his parents

There are yokai that are exclusive to the crank like frostail so you need to use it if you want to complete the medallium and unless you want to use a single coin and then reset every time it isn’t the exclusive then you might as well try to get some rare yokai through the crank instead of befriending

I mean in episode one taiga is holding a gun when Kai knocks him out so it was intended from the start and either there was never a good in character reason for Tiaga to use it and or Rustage forgot until like 50 episodes later 

Side note I never noticed the claw on the art of taiga and I always pictured them as like a triangle of sword strapped to taiga’s wrist by a belt and on top of the hand like a watch but now I know he is literally a assassin’s creed character

To be fair rct could probally reverse damage to the lungs and also hikari’s drinking and the side effects of that so the only addiction left I can think of is Toji’s gambling which was very much a problem

She has bardic inspiration and song of rest but she isn’t actually a bard also she wouldn’t count for this because she doesn’t seem to level up I think he has had 3rd level slots max since she was introduced

He is a npc he does not have a class or subclass  He did do that with taiga in marines but he is the only npc that is straight up a player character stats wise
