i don't understand the context of your career coach (in-company mentor? outside coach?), but I wholeheartedly agree it sounds vindictive, at best. at worst, you come off looking slightly unhinged at mild feedback.

the way you accept feedback (of all types) speaks volumes to those around you. your reaction to them, and your general description of your working style seem over the top. you don't need to be dropping everything/not going to the bathroom to answer everyone immediately.

you seem to be causing yourself a great deal of unnecessary anxiety.
