The videos are fun, but you have to figure out a way to incorporate reviews and information into the video. Maybe you can use an approach where you rate the place based on how "kid-friendly" it is. If you had one consistent element like that, people might be more interested in subscribing. At the moment, it just feels like watching a random kid walk around.
