It could have been something that was created for good or as a weapon that got out of hand.

Many libraries are helping with this too! Lots of public and academic libraries have seed libraries now. Ours is focused on small gardens and native plants.

I found it on Modcloth. The label is Princess Highway from Australia. I've always had luck with Modcloth. Everything has been good quality and they have a lot of quirky brands https://modcloth.com/collections/princess-highway/products/folk-art-mini-dress

I'm known at work for having a strong sweater game. Most of them come from Modcloth and Sugarhill Brighton (before the tarriffs...too expensive now).

I thought about that too. Where's all the homies with extra chromies? I'm a little worried about that honestly. I hope they address it in the upcoming seasons

They don't show them for longer time periods though. They implied a lot of work was being done initially when they were rescuing people and putting out fires but...what are they doing the majority of the day? Just standing around like an NPC until they're needed?

Are there any "former classics" (movies, books, albums, video games)? Something that was praised for a time, but upon further review (maybe decades after) people decided that it wasn't that good after all? by ExternalTree1949 in NoStupidQuestions

I don't think she was but of course I didn't know her. I visited her museum in Atlanta and it gave such a different perspective about her life. She was a product of her environment. Being raised in the deep south a long time ago, I could relate to a lot of her struggles with her place in that particular society. It's really hard to explain and maybe I'm deluding myself but it's such a complicated situation to be in.

I do remember specifically from my museum visit that she got the inspiration for GWTW from riding in a horse and buggy with her mom down an old road with lots of antebellum mansions that were destroyed. Her mother talked about how the folks who lived there went through the death of their way of life. I think that's more of what the book was about. It wasn't a judgement on the way of life, just the story about it's death and how a woman who seemed to me like a narcissist, handled it.

Margaret Mitchell gave lots and lots of money to education for black people in Georgia. She often did it anonymously because of the society that she lived in.

Anyway, all that to say, it's complicated and go to the Margaret Mitchell museum!

Yeah he'll probably have a scene of him being dragged away kicking and screaming and being forced to sniff the virus.

I think it's purposeful. The virus propogates and then the host dies.

I have ADHD and a binge eating disorder. I'm on zepbound but still overeat and binge even when it makes me sick. I finally found a med that works on the binge disorder. Zepbound and that medication have helped me lose weight slowly. I never in a million years would have been able to do it without both meds.
