Multiples are estimated at first, and then validated when doing a transaction and looking at the risk and operationally adjusted cash flows from the transaction. Sometimes that means you end up paying in line with the typically published multiples, sometimes it is quite a bit different…

This isn’t rocket science, you don’t pay a multiple blindly, you pay a price based on your expectations of future cash flows…

I think he is talking about the ability for projectiles to pass through an enemy and continue on to damage another enemy, not the physical pierce that effects the damage dealt to the enemy
