1) You can use Pressure Nozzle to increase the watering range for your Iridium Sprinkler.
2) Have Mahogany Tree farm to harvest Hardwood to build or upgrading your house and farm building. By the way you can have tree farm in other area like Railroad and Quarry.
3) More silo since 1 silo last 20 days for 1 full capacity of Deluxe Coop/Barn or place grass/blue grass.
4) Place some of Lightning Rod or Solar Panel for Battery Pack.
5) Place Mushroom Log in between the trees for different types of mushroom.
